Gift Cards

Gift card codes are used for churches to pay for or subsidize the cost of campers or leaders.

The Process is Simple:

1. Purchase as many gift cards as you need, no need to register yet.
2. You will instantly recieve a Gift Card Code for each purchase (keep track).
3. Fundraise or collect any partial payments, this will be between the church and the person, the camp will not track this.
4. Distribute the Gift Card Code to the parent or leader and have them enter it at registration (one per person).

This may seem different the first time you use it, but it gives churches the maximum flexibility to fundraise, subsidize, or stagger payments, while the payments and registrations are tracked on our end. It also allows the parents to register (to sign the Medical Information and Release form) and the leaders to sign the Code of Conduct.
