Leader Registration

Every adult leader, whether a cabin leader or other staff, must register themselves before coming to camp. Please do NOT register leaders for them (even junior leaders), or as a parent. Every leader must read the Leader Manual and sign the Child and Youth Code of Conduct, per denominational requirements.

Leader Fees

In order to keep the cost of camp as low as possible for the kids, each church is responsible for paying for the leaders they send. They can either subsidize this cost with pre-paid Gift Cards, or have the leaders pay their own way.

Greater Oregon Camps is a non-profit, non-funded coalition of local Fourquare Churches. It does not have funding from the denomination, which in the past had subsidized leader and cabin leader fees. The fee is simply the price Canby Grove charges per person, nothing more. The price is different for cabin leaders and leaders staying in Riverfront Lodge.
